The room was on the first floor and had a new air conditioning system. It had everything I needed, and the place was spotless! 🌟

helpfulness of staff / design of lobby / ambience on walk-in
exceptionally small toilet / wc / shower small. Could not have been smaller. No room to swing a mouse, never mind a cat! (room 26)

The location is fantastic. Hotel very nicely appointed with communal areas very well set out and decorated. The owner (I think she was the owner) was extremely helpful.
The rooms are too small. Our room on first night was overlooked by main communal balcony but there were no privacy curtains (only main curtains). The safe was broken and no-one came to fix it. The junior lady on reception was not particularly helpful (though the owner was very helpful).

The rooms offered are good-sized and air-conditioned with the bathroom, a single bed, for example. All the staff is outstandingly accommodating and is engaged to make your stay very special...
The bathrooms are too small.

Excellent staff, very nice. Something you do not find everywhere in France. Public areas are wonderful designed. Terrace for breakfast is great.
No safe parking place and parking in general very difficult. although it is one of the best hotels in the area when coming by car, I would choose another one. For people not coming by car, perfect place to stay.

Great Location, close to the beach (5min walk) and close to bus station that brings you to Monaco for EUR 2 in some 15 min
Bathrooms are tiny

It had a really nice patio in the back, with lots of privacy. The decor in the lobby was nice. Backgammon was available in the lobby. The nieghborhood was very nice, in a nice safe area. Lots of very expensive villas all around it.
Not conducive to travelers with small kids, or lots of luggage. No lifts. And the no one offered to help me carry my bags up to our room. No bell service. I felt like I was disturbing the people at the font dest everytime I asked a question.
